Guild Leader
GUILD LEADERS CORNER

SDEF seeks long time companion with a boatload of money and.........

..<oops!>  <snaps fingers> Wrong place.

I thought i was placing an ad in EQ Singles <giggles>

You know...being a DE Enchanter can be such a drag. No dates. The orcs don't want to know you, the Barbs are too damn busy killing stuff, and <rolls eyes> Those Shammies!  Always out playing with their pets! A girl can't catch a break!!!! So....I find myself without a date, and was recruited as a Guild Leader, and let me tell you! It has been the most WONDERFUL fun I have had in the game for a long time!

When I became Guild Leader, there was this Monk Named Loniael, who kept putting up the pompoms and saying "GO Darkfyyre"!   Basically, he would not let me give up.  He was backed up by this quiet little guy named Bewair, who told me he was going to stand behind me no matter what!   You know what? He has stood behind me at every raid, and died right next to me...Poor guy! LOL

Then there was this toon named Banquoe. Now - you want to talk about INTENSE? <sheesh> This guy was ready to call out the marines everytime someone so much as BLINKED at messing with the guild!  That kind of devotion is not something you can buy!  <hugs Loniael, Banquoe and Bewair>

This shaman came along one day, dragged in by his feet by his friend -a warrior named Fordean.   I thought he was a date for me, <pout> but he just wanted to join a laid back friendly guild. <sigh> (He is a cute Barb shammy too! ) Well, Windforce sat there for the longest time, and just watched us bumping heads and knees, and basically breaking furniture. I guess he felt bad, cause he stood up one day and whacked me in back of the head, and said "Let's become a raid guild".   Well - the party has been on ever since!

We went from about 15 active players to the current 223 - and growing!  Now, I know you are reading this and saying "This chick is NUTZ!"  Well....doh! I am, but I try to keep it fun and light. War Raiders is fun, with a serious twist. If you are looking for fun, then you have come to the right place! If you are looking for a hug,   look no further! LOL <HUGS>

                War Raiders               Guild Leader
I have to say that the guild has made me proud to be their leader, and it is not me that has made War Raiders a place to call home online, it is the members.   I have many friends in this game - people I have grouped with and guilded with over the 4 1/2 years I have been playing. One of the complaints I have heard from them in the uber guilds they run with is "The loot is great, and they raid alot- but no one talks to each other. Guild chat is a zoo!"
We can be demanding, but that is only because we know our guild is capable of greater goals. I am truly excited because we have some of the best players in their class as our members. I think the best part of War Raiders is the way all of the guild greets each other when a player logs on and says hello - especially new members. It is what makes us a community and a team.   Everyone is acknowledged when they log on, unless of course no one else is on! <wink>   (Then I guess they say hello to themselves! LOL ).

This is not the case in War Raiders. We believe in personally knowing and recognizing players. Sometimes it can get a little crazy, but overall, there is respect and comarderi. Something that unfortunately, is lacking in other guilds   Being the Guild Leader of War raiders has given me many laughs, and alot of really good people that I can call friends.   I try to make myself available to all, and will sit and talk with anyone (time permitting) that needs a friendly ear. The officers I have selected have great game knowledge, awesome personalities (even the quiet ones), and dedication to make War Raiders a success.

I send a <HUG> to you from War Raiders, if you see me in game send me a tell!!! |*| HOME |*|
<waves> GO RAIDERS! lol <wink>
